How to secure your Apartments
Prospective buyers are invited to obtain a copy of the Qeleya Point Apartments Sales & Purchase Agreement. The apartment unit can be secured by signing a Sales & Purchase Agreement and by the payment of a 10% deposit. The deposit will be paid into the trust account of Lateef and Lateef Solicitors, Denison Road, Suva and in accordance with provisions of the sales and purchase agreement and shall be released only upon completion & settlement of the apartment unit.
